Regulation 14 Consultation

As part of the Neighbourhood Plan process, the Steering Group are required to verify that they have met all the requirements of Regulation 14 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

Part of these requirements is that there is a public consultation period of at least 6 weeks prior to submission of the Neighbourhood Plan.

The Yateley, Darby Green and Frogmore Neighbourhood Plan Reg 14 Consultation Period starts on 10 May and runs until close of the day on Friday 2 July 2021 – a total of almost 8 weeks.

This is YOUR opportunity to provide feedback on the draft plan that the Steering Group and volunteers have formulated so that we can be sure that the plan truly reflects the view of the local population prior to it’s formal submission to Hart District Council to be adopted as part of the Hart Local Plan.

Note that the Neighbourhood Plan only addresses aspects that are not already covered by the Hart DC Local Plan to avoid any possibility of conflict between the two plans.

If you would like to discuss the Plan with a member of the Steering Group before submitting your response please contact the Town Clerk at Yateley Town Council on 01252 872198.

Below you can find links for the 3 ways that you can complete the consultation feedback.
