Message from Our Chair

Hello and Season’s Greetings to you all,
I am conscious that over the past couple of months, I have not made much contribution to the progress of the Yateley, Darby Green and Frogmore Neighbourhood Plan, as a result of my trip to Australia and a few other minor distractions (!), so my apologies for that. However, it has been encouraging to see that the Steering Group’s Vice-Chair, Rayner Mayer, and a number of you have been making good progress with the workshops to further articulate the detail of the various policy areas, the engagement with local schools over the climate change poster competition, and compiling the questionnaire that we intend to use to gather input and evidence from the community in the New Year. There will one more workshop in early January before our next Steering Group Meeting, which will be on Tuesday 21st, and this presents an excellent opportunity to review the good work that has been done recently, and map out the next few months activity for our Neighbourhood Plan.
In the meantime, may I thank you all for your own contributions to the Neighbourhood Plan so far, and may I wish you all a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year?
